Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and the check-in end time is anytime, with early check-in subject to availability and a minimum check-in age of 21. Check-out is before 10 AM and contactless check-out is available. The front desk is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, guests receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and key retrieval information, and access is through a private entrance. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation.

The property is smoke-free and pets are not allowed. Children are welcome and children up to the age of 18 can stay for free when using existing beds in the parent or guardian's room; rollaway or extra beds and cribs are not available. Housekeeping on request is USD 10.00 per day. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges, and the property accepts credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Extra-person charges may apply and special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. This property does not have elevators.
